You can create and publish a Project Team News page if your project's Author included a News tab in the project.
The News page can contain an issue title and up to ten articles. Each story has a headline and text and can have a picture, as well as a URL link to additional information.
If you have Reviewer or Publisher access to the News tab, you can write and edit news articles. If you have Publisher access to the tab, you can also publish a new edition of the news and edit the issue's properties (issue title and issue editor link).
